Essential Responsibilities

• PC Repair, Setup of Windows & Custom Software
• The worker will be responsible for servicing electro-mechanical machinery through wiring and electronic repair
• The employee will additionally be required to complete wire installations, component level repairs, and test electrical equipment
• The employee will be responsible for reading schematics in order to service equipment
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s Degree in Electronics and/or equivalent hands-on job experience
• A+ Certification strongly preferred

Physical/Work Environments

Shifts: 1st shift – 6am-4:30pm – flexible for overtime

The Assembler Technician is responsible for assembling clamps, safety products and/or mechanical subassemblies, products, or systems by performing the following duties.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reads work instructions, follows Assembly Process Details and Packaging Process Details and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
• Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
• Crimps, screws, bolts, rivets, cements, press fits, or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
• Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies. Cleans and packs all products. Use of auto bagger and label program required.
• Sets up and maintains machines that press, shape, or wind component parts.
• Performs online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
• Uses hand and power tools, bench equipment such as, but not limited to, presses, vices, drill presses, tube cutters, benders, grinders, and fixtures.
• Observes all company policies and regulations including safety, housekeeping, quality of work, and confidentiality of information.
• Supports all ISO accreditation programs.
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED; and up to one-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
